8 THINGS THAT ARE TRUE HERE

For clarity, LHL is a weekly video call for people who lead, build, or hold space for others and rarely get someone to do that for them. We also have a mid week member led check in and an intentional WhatsApp chat.

Most weeks don't leave room for you to share what's fine actually going on. We fix that on Fridays.

Being challenged beats being liked agreed with. Every single time. A space to have a really meaningful exchange.

Popping in once doesn't count. You have to stay to get the good stuff , that's not a rule, it's just how it works. The strongest relationships develop over time.

Trust matters more than knowing where the conversation is going. That's the beauty of LHL. We feel safe to explore and trust that we will get what we need from the call.

Beliefs are what connect us. We don't fit into a fixed member identity. We take turns to speak. To listen. To understand. To be seen. We show up as we are and strive to be who we are. Unfiltered.

You shouldn't have to be your best self to be welcome here. In fact, we welcome your most raw version.

You will not be sold anything. You will not be asked to "engage with the content." You will, occasionally, be mildly undone by a stranger's question. This is normal.
